- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Positive, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Confident in leading, motivating, and developing team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of hotel operations and Property Management Systems (PMS).
