Corporate Creative Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a Creative Experience Coordinator who lives to turn 'just another event' into a standout, immersive journey. Whether you’re architecting a high-energy kitchen takeover, a curated Sunday market, or a completely out-of-the-box cultural night, your goal is to design moments that stick with people long after they leave. We’re not looking for a traditional event planner; we want a creative visionary who can blend seamless logistics with experimental storytelling to bring diverse concepts to life. If you have the spark to build community through unique experiences and the drive to execute them flawlessly, we’d love to have you on board! Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest activities, events, or related field.
- Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Passionate about guest experience, hospitality, and creative programming.
- Able to organize activities, events, and operational arrangements effectively.
- Good sense of presentation, ambiance, and guest engagement.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Active, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with social trends, lifestyle experiences, and hospitality activities is an advantage.
- Domiciled in Bali and available to join immediately.
